Shipping promises
We must have a reasonable basis for the dispatch time advertised. Where the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule applies, an unpromised shipment generally must be made within 30 days. If we cannot ship on time, we will provide the legally required delay notice, revised date and choice to consent or cancel for a full, prompt refund. We will cancel and refund when the rule requires it; silence is not treated as consent beyond what the rule permits.
Refunds and state rights
FTC cancellation refunds follow the applicable payment-method deadlines, rather than our ordinary claim-review estimate. State law may provide additional warranty, unfair-practice, refund-disclosure or other rights. There is no statement here that all US online purchases have a universal change-of-mind period. Nothing limits rights or remedies available under applicable federal or state law.
