14-day withdrawal
For eligible distance-sale goods, notify us of withdrawal within 14 days after delivery and return them within 14 days after notifying us. Send a clear statement identifying the order, your name and contact details; no reason is required. We refund within 14 days of notice, including standard delivery paid. Where permitted, we may wait until goods or evidence of return is received, whichever comes first. Change-of-mind return postage is payable by you only if lawfully disclosed beforehand.
Delivery and legal guarantee
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is generally due within 30 days. Delivery failures can give a right to terminate and receive reimbursement. Transport risk remains with us until you or your nominated recipient physically receives the goods, subject to legal exceptions. Goods carry at least the applicable two-year legal guarantee; repair or replacement must be free, with price reduction or refund where legal conditions are met. Member states may provide stronger rights.
Exceptions
Legal exceptions, such as genuinely personalized goods, apply only where relevant and properly disclosed. Ordinary opening or inspection does not automatically end withdrawal rights. A lawful reduction for handling beyond necessary inspection must be justified. Mandatory member-state protections prevail.
