Free standard worldwide shipping
Standard shipping is free. Orders are normally handed to the carrier within 1–3 days. Carrier delivery normally takes 5–15 business days after dispatch. During high demand, the overall journey may take up to 30 business days. These are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date or permission to delay indefinitely. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.
Delays and delivery problems
If we cannot dispatch within the promised period, we will notify you, explain the revised timing and offer cancellation and a prompt refund where required. We will obtain consent to a delay when the law requires it. Contact us promptly about a missing parcel; we remain responsible for delivery as required by applicable law. You do not need to buy Shipping Protection to exercise these rights.
Tracking and charges
Available carrier tracking is added to your Shopify order-status page after dispatch. Your order number is different from the carrier tracking number. Taxes and any applicable duties must be disclosed before you pay. We do not deduct an invented outbound shipping charge from a refund when standard delivery was free.
